One idea that I would be excited about would be the NCAA holding an all-star tournament after the NCAA tournament. This tournament would be a group of all stars from each conference. 12 or 13 players from each conference would be selected by their conferences. Each squad would be coached by the conference's coach of the year. Then each conference would be placed in a bracket based on their so-called ranking. I think that would be fun to watch and we would see a lot of lower ranked conferences pulling off some upsets.

Would anyone else find that interesting?
