The first game is tonight! Please support this team, which I think is better than last year's. Yes, we lost two of the best seniors in the country; however, we have two replacements that may be better. I see Romi Levy as having the same skills as Tsineke, with the advantage of being 8 inches taller. Although listed at 2 inches shorter than Dulcy, Evelien Lutje Schipholt is probably the same height when comparing how tall each looked when standing next to Johansson. Evelien also appears to me to have better footwork in the post than Dulcy did. So, I will call it an even replacement for Dulcy and an upgrade for Tsineke (based on height).

In addition, per the article, Wilson should be improved offensively, spending her summer taking 1,000 shots per day. Sammie has improved her offensive game, and Brito hopefully has also improved her game. And as the article noted, the team is deeper than any in recent years. Go Bulls! Can we go 31-0 in the regular season?

Sammie standing under the basket in long sweats during warm-up. Out with an injury I assume.

Her dad is here and saw her at last week's practice. Said it wasn't serious. We'll see but sounds ominous
