Well, I just did a very quick search on google for bowl team ticket sales and a few articles came up.

South Carolina is trying to have Spurrier market the tickets so they can sell their 12,000 allotment for the Independence Bowl.  So far about 6,000 sold.  Missouri has sold about 1,200 of their allotment.

Nevada, in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, has sold about 75 tickets. Yes, less than 100.

Southern Miss, in the New Orleans Bowl, has sold about 2,500 out of the 8,500 allotment.

Miami is using a clever marketing tactic.  For each bowl ticket purchased through the school, you can buy a ticket to the FSU game at Miami next year.  That was an excellent idea, whoever came up with it, but it will only work every other year.

Haha I didn't know that's how Miami did it! Pretty smart. Thanks for the updates.

I am looking for updates on a few other teams:

Arkansas State - 1st bowl game wanted to see how they were selling.

A definite number from Rutgers.

The whole Gator Bowl
