Makes sense.  It's a safety net to ensure adequate intake and access for medication administration.  Even when not in use they are easy to maintain.   Flush to keep it patent (open).  Home health will help you with caring for the G-Tube after you leave the facility.   We usually do teaching with families including supplying written info to help 'em out.  There is much info available on the internet too.  Oh yeah, GO BULLS!

Well, I’ll have schedule myself.

the Insurance said I go home Thursday. Hope I have wheelchair and stuff on time. I love to go home, but a longer notice would have been helpful.

love my girls and will be great to be with them. Good food ! I currently weigh 160 and was close to 190 before stroke.

Still paralyzed on left side, but therapy continues.

Looking good ET. Make sure Home Health is in place before you leave. A good discharge planner at the facility should have everything arranged for your care before you leave.   It’s my experience that insurances sometimes need a nudge so make sure your wife doesn’t hesitate to ask for things   If she needs instructions please have her tell them. Navigating the health care I system isn’t the easiest.

You can appeal the insurance cut.  That is an option if it's too quick of a turnaround.   It seems you have good grounds to file an appeal as you still have a G-Tube and you're still in therapy which are skilled services.   You are looking good, nice and slim.  Can see the weight loss.   Keep working in rehab!

Seems the dots and crosses are done. We’ve done homework on the first time.
