The Bolts are getting into playoff mode and getting their act together before the dance starts. The lightning are going to the playoffs for the 9th time in 10 years. I don't know how to do this but we really need to get Vinik even more involved than he is with USF Athletics. He seems to know how to put the right people in place to succeed and replace them with quality replacements when they move on like with Yzerman and the assistant coaches. We are so lucky to have a team like the Lightning here in Tampa. Watching the team go from dumpster fire to a true Dynasty was amazing. We drafted and developed several HOF worthy players under Vinik's ownership of the team.
