Could be any of the above, but for me it harkens back to the days when we had our own "Bounce House"  and the whooshing sound you heard leaving the building wasn't just our hopes and dreams blowing away.

Yeppir, back when speedometer needles and gas gauges moved in equal but opposite directions.   I would say one of 'em was mine but I went to USF before the Dome was finished.
