Snow not melting after the day and a half we were there was evidence of that...but like I said a couple of weeks ago, most of these players have never seen snow, nor have they played in it (near it) Im not trying to make excuses, just trying to give some of you guys a picture... It's one thing to go outside into sub-freezing weather for a few minutes. Quite another to be out there for three or four hours. All the heat escapes from your body and you spend the rest of the time trying not to get colder.

It's a human body either way. If you're wearing clothing suitable for the temperature you should be fine. And yes, I've played in it.

You have to get your body use to playing in the cold. UCONN was a lil bit more prepared to play in the cold, thay practiced in for the last 2 weeks. Now i'm not making excuses for the loss, because they still could have won, but the weathe was a factor. And yes I played in the snow and we loss also.
