Yes, unless rutgers beat pitt (can't remember), in which case its a 3 way tie.

... but the only thing that uses a tie-breaker like that is for the BCS slot.

Technically, had USF won out (moot point now) USF and WVU would have been co-champions. (Last year there were four co-champions of the Big East).

Therefore, the best USF can finish is tied with Louisville for second place and the worst would be tied with Rutgers and Pitt for third.

Not bad for a team predicted to finish 7th in an 8 team conference.
