carlton hill isnt from miami (if thats what you meant),

If you followed USF Football, u'd know we recruited him away from Miami.

he's from some podunk panhandle town
..

So what does this have to do with anything  ???  ::)

... but as of now, he hasnt been able to recruit a QB aside from blackwell ...

Hill & GrothE is the answer to this . . . since Blackwell, wow!  :o soo many years !  ::)

Look at the QB's at f$u, they are in a bad position with 2 FR QB's ... and Lee probably will be leaving. What has Bowden recruited since USF had Blackwell?

Miami didn't have a QB and needed a transfer from UF that couldn't start there ...

So, Leavitt is able to design, recruit, and coach a team that is the second coming of Miami, but needs to go.  Hmmm, sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me.

I was hoping I wasn't the only one confused.  ??? ???

i think leavitt does suck as a coach.. USF is designed like miami, i never said it WAS miami... yet.  however, anyone can implement a design of how they want their program to be, the issue is how they execute their design.. sure, leavitt can recruit, but its not as difficult when you are sitting in the recruiting hotbed of the nation..

my issue isnt leavitt's recruiting of nonQBs, its his lack of discipline on the field.. its been the downfall of the team all season.. and lack of discipline doesnt just mean late hits/unnecessary roughness, it is also false starts and other drive killers of the sort

i dont appreciate you calling me a joke either.  that's very mean, and notice that i never personally attack you as a person or as a fan.  however, i'll be the bigger man and say that i do forgive you

What do you expect, the guy went to Emory.  They can't even have football up there.  All they have up there are co-ed spelling bees.  Cee used to get tripped up on the word "girlfriend" all the time...

2001, our first year of 1A football - No Conference

2003, our first year of a non-BCS conf.

All this in a state with 3 BCS teams with National Championship Rings and BCS teams coming in. Also, we are in trailers.

Last season was our first year of BCS & a nice facility to help recruiting. We landed 2 of the states Top 10 QB's.

Okay, we have a new Recruiting Coach in 2004 . . . we landed 2 Top QB's last season.

That is considered improvement ... potential improvment.

like we have said on this thread, the JURY IS STILL OUT for grothe and hill.. i hope CJL proves us wrong with the 2 QBs (for the sake of the program), but up until now, its been down since blackwell
