The defense is killing us. To not get a single stop against Temple is embarrassing. To give up 600+ yards against them is a joke.

it's time to move on. Scott might be a good offensive co-ordinator but he isn't cut out to be a head coach just yet.

Yeah I think the offense has been good enough to go to a bowl game at least all year.  I am not sure how you improve the defense.  There doesn't seem to be much to hang your hat on.  We just needed "some" defense this year to turn the corner.
