David Sills arrested at Sun Dome

but I read in the Trib today that Sills was arrested for hitting a USF parking enforcement officer who was trying to put a Car boot on Stills's car.

When the police arrived they found 20 grams of mary jane in his car.

You wonder why someone with all that talent can't stick around anywhere....well this is why.

Okay, by no means am I condoning the actions of Mr. Stills.

But I gotta be honest - after paying over $250/semester for 3 years straight in parking enforcement citations, there were plenty of them I'd almost hit too.....

But of course, that probably has something to do with the fact that I disregarded every inane parking rule in the book.

we didn't "recruit" him, so to speak...

one of the USF assistants (i forget which one) was friends with Stills former JuCo coach and we kinda took a flyer on him hoping for the best but as soon as they saw where it was heading he was out.

And now that I think about it, those @$$holes didn't pick on me like they picked on other people....

Like slapping on a $70 ticket and a BOOT for being double parked on the top floor of Crescent Hill over the summer when literally NOBODY else was parked on the whole floor, much less several floors beneath that.

It's like another $150 to get that **** boot off, and you can only do it when they feel like coming out to do it.

Now that I think about it, I'd probably hit one of those biznitches....

can't hit someone for doing their job.  they didn't write the laws...they just have to enforce them.  no excuse for what he did.  specially when you know you are riding dirty.

I blame RMC for abandoning the poor kid when he knew he needed help. Now, without a coach that will teach him the finer points in life, he resorts to a life of drugs and violence to survive. I'm glad John Thompson didn't abandon Allen Iverson back in the day... he was a true mentor and cultivated Allen Iverson's maturity to the point he turned his life around to be the upstanding citizen he is today.

vader...it isn't RMC's job to mentor him.  what about all the other coaches he had before RMC?  besides...who's to say that RMC didn't do everything that Robinson did with AI.  Maybe the difference is that AI listened
