actually the turf is really interesting, it's about half an inch deep real long astroturf like stuff and between the blades of "grass" it's filled with small pieces of rubber and some sand. It's actually a lot softer than the turf at RJS, and the players can wear their cleats or turf shoes. Every player i saw at the rutgers game was wearing cleats.

maybe the Drays would extend another courtesy to us and let us practice there.  Wonder if anyone even suggested it?

At any rate, the fast turf at the dome will undoubtedly be to our advantage.
