He's at UF.  We did offer him.  I don't see anywhere that he entered the transfer portal.

I could see where he'd want to transfer.  This is from SI:

Rick Wells: Wells has been at Florida since 2016 and has yet to find the field on meaningful offensive snaps, but has contributed on special teams. Could 2020 be the year that he finally emerges in Florida's offense?

And he was kicked off the team with others in the credit card scandal.  The players were since reinstated.  I imagine CJS will pass on this one.
