I don't think they deserve a #1 rating. I've already heard t.v commentators remarking about how weak the Big East is with USF beating Louisville. UL was that sure lock to just about everyone to win the conference. Now, USF jumps into the picture of this race. It is a big advantage to have WVU at home on homecoming.
