That's the biggest cop out of an excuse I have heard. UCF had over 2 weeks to prepare for this game. Their coaches, players, and fans knew the importance of this game for the UCF program.

UCF has been wanting this game for years, yet some can say they came out flat??? If UCF comes out flat for that game then I believe UCF needs a new coaching staff.  UCF may be in big trouble right now if they cant get up for a game against USF.

Horse manure..  UCF didn't come out flat.  They were flattened by the Bulls running game and the Bulls Defense.

I have always found it amusing the contradiction in Duemig's position of wearing other team's gear to a Lightning or Bucs home game, particularly if one resides in the Bay area.  Yet, he consistently undermines the "home town" Bulls and favors the 'Canes.  As I've said before, I no longer have to listen to Sileo or Dueming as it is great having satelite radio.

I agree with Duemig about colleges.   You should cheer for the school you went to, no matter where you live.  Not sure if he went to Miami or not though.
