FAMU tailgating

Both FAMU and USF Alumni Assn are having their "official" tailgates at Al Lopez - not sure how that happened.  They are using picnic shelters instead of hoisting the big tent in lot 6 for USF and using the big tent at HCC for the visitors.

I still think the mayor should do it for every game if she is going to do it for this one.  Why differentiate?

from what i remember from driving by a couple of weeks ago...the mall parking lot is no more, its a huge construction zone

If the mall lot is in fact closed, a LOT of Bulls fans are going to be displaced. We used to fill up the mall lot pretty good. Anyone know if they will be opening any new lots to accomodate?

There really are no locations to open up new lots.  But the Mall has been open for Bucs games and I can't see the Glazers not wanting to make a few grand off the people parking there for USF games.

You could park at HCC and walk... and I don't think the TSA lots are ever 100% full for USF games - I know the north end lots were never full when the Bull Backers tailgated there.
