Miami will always be known as thugs.

Miami will always be known for wearing fatigues and getting their ass kicked by Penn State.

Miami will always be known for Luther Campbell

Miami will always be known as the school wanted more by the FBI than the NCAA.

Miami will always be known for cheating.

Miami will NEVER be looked upon as a real Florida school.

Four or five, doesn't really matter. Still more than the other two combined. STK's just pissed because his 2nd favorite Florida team has pretty much underachieved for 75 years or so and he's jealous of UM's on field success....

Triple, unlike Cuban here, I don't have a second favorite team.  My team is UCF and there are no others.

I trash UM because they play by their own rules.  As a NON State school, I don't care for them much.  Their fan base is nothing more than a bunch of bandwagon fans.  Bianchi was dead on.  No other school in the country could have so much success and still not be able to sell out a game.

Major points for this one.  That was great seeing them get humbled.

STK

Once again you are putting words that i never said, Yes i grew up a UM fan but once USF got football they are my #1 choice, i have season tickets to USF NOT UM as i once did. Do i go to UM games? Sure i have many UM fans as friends and if USF is not playing then ill go to a UM game.

The reason i responded to Bianchi's article because is a bush league attack on UM by a UF grad that since they cant beat UM on the field ltries to look for somethingelse to make UF look better.

Once again the FACTS are that Miami has beaten the crap of those other state schools that have more resources and more fan supports, something that drives the people outside of Dade-Broward crazy that a small private school can still beat them. UM has changed a lot since the late 70's when most of their students came from NY/NJ and the rest of the NE. They have become a big part of life in the Miami area and most of their students are now local.

Now if you only support UCF then why in the world are you getting in a pissing match that DOES NOT include them. Get over it you posted before that you went to FSU-UM this past year instead of attending a UCF game. So obviously you care about FSU.

6-0 baby thats how much UM owns FSU. Now if you dont care about FSU you wont be posting but i know you will. LOL

Cyber, there is NOTHING wrong with rooting for two teams.  I root for 3 and thankfully, it's very rare that two play each other as they are all in different conferences.  UCF tops all when they play though cause I go here.

Go Knights!

Go Bucks!

Roll Tide!

The fact is that you cant compare attendance of UF and FSU to UM,USF and UCF.

Those two are located in college towns where they are the ONLY game in town for miles. So not only alumns and students but people around those towns support them.

Is a fact move UF to one of these cities and lets see their atendance

That would be a logical argument if at least half of the people going to Gator games weren't coming from out of town.

Take a look at I-75 and I-95 on gamedays.

The whole "pro team" argument is crap. UF is drawing fans from Orlando, Tampa, Jax, and Miami... so they are competing with multiple pro teams.
