We are looking for fans from schools around the state that wish to be moderators on the State of Florida Board.  We have USF moderators, but welcome interest from all other schools.

The ideal candidate will meet the following prerequisites:

•  Visit the board daily
  
•  Post "debate-inspiring" material and opinion
  
•  Love your school, but display an unbiased disposition (as much as possible!)
  
•  Utilize good judgment when moderating the posts of others
  

The pay is $0.00, but the rewards are many as you help drive debate among the State of Florida schools.  There are a ton of matchups between state schools over the next five years, why not help us get to know each other better?

I think this is an excellent question.

Smack can take place in the public domain, aka The State of Florida board.  We now have the USF-UCF board to move all the degenerate posts about each other.  I am not trying to quash lively smack talk on that board, but the discussions about O'Leary's and Leavitt's and other non-topic  personal garbage had to be deleted in the past and then pissing matches would break out on what got deleted and what didn't, blah, blah, wah, wah!

Now if the mods see something go to far, it can be moved instead of deleted, and bad-mouthing can continue in a more intimate setting.  If we have a repeat offender, they can go into the box and keep BullOnly company (assuming he's not all tied up being some bad man's boyfriend).

It's pretty simple...conflict is fine, rumor and alleged personal nonsense, namecalling, etc. goes to the STK, I mean the USF-UCF board.
