This is not that bad of a team.  They had 18 hits and 11 runs in a game started by Randy Johnson, that would be more than enough for 99% of MLB teams. Except the Rays with their miserable staff. If Stu is able to take over this team and possibly spend some money on pitchers (Burnett, Tomko, etc...) to possibly give this team some chance....then the Rays will be dangerous.
