77. RB Andre Hall, South Florida  Hall was a revelation in his first year out of junior college, exploding for a school-record 1,357 yards and ranking among the nation's leaders in total yards.  The Bulls' relo to the Big East means exposure won't be so hard to come by in 2005.

I wonder what # he'd be playing for V-Tech or Florida?  Hard to get props at this level...I'm going to the list AFTER I post this to see if any "mid-majors" got love!

The NFL knows who can play and who can't. Hence highly recruited 4-year bust Chris Rix not gettig drafted and relatively unheralded Alex Smith from Utah getting drafted number one.

If Andre can play he will get rewarded.
