Yes, USF has agreed to a home & home series with their national football team in exchange for the material funds and borrowed labor to finally build our OCS. The catch is it has to be a carbon copy of their stadium, 'cause that's all they know how to build. But the funds it saves our university far outweigh the center-field art we have to carry for the first 5 years...
