USF never fails --the drama continues! I was thinking that it had been fairly peaceful and quiet since USF hired Strong. Buckle up! --Let's see how this turns out. We need somebody with Florida, Tampa and P5 connections -who can do a great job.

We usually focus on the TV networks and game access platforms for conference expansion, as the source of expansion money. But the truth is that the teams and the powers in the NCAA decided to keep more money for the top programs (for themselves). Until they change their minds, sadly, teams like USF and UConn will be looking for a free lunch. When they took away the BCS, they removed chairs and USF got left out when the music stopped. Former Big East teams like Louisville and WVU found chairs...

Say, is there that silly rule in the NFL that took Senat out of a few games for hitting the QB? --I mean are they that touchy in the NFL? (I don't keep up with the NFL that closely.)

I have fond memories of Reggie, great player for us. I still remember listening on the Net during one game (no TV coverage or USF access) and listening to the other team's coverage -who kept calling him, "Corn."

We need more ACC games, if we can get them. This will help (a little bit) with maybe getting into the ACC. Miami, FSU... and then whoever else.

P5 membership is the only thing that matters. Everything else will fall into place once we are back in a "BCS" conference.

I was just thinking that Alabama fans only want one thing, winning the National Championship (not the one that ucf won). Everything else is almost meaningless for their fans. What about the Bulls' Nation? What are your top 5 dreams/wishes right now for USF Athletics?

When you combine WKU fans, USF fans and Oregon fans, yes, that's a lot of hate!

I didn't know that was Webster's dad for the longest time. Then, one day, "oh, yeah..." He did a great job in that role.

One thing I'll say is that Skippy was probably the nicest coach we had, very likable. That's good for press conferences and so on, but not to run the program. Getting the players fired up, that's Leavitt for sure. But I don't know about the game plan. We lost some big games because his offensive game strategy wasn't so great, I feel. Defense won, but offensively -eh... Program builder, he was the man. He waited for the cement posts to dry... Ca$h, I'm still not sure about him. Yes, he's a great recruiter for sure. He spotted Mack and said Mack was the steal of the class and he was right. Q, I think Q developed himself... As for being an offensive guru, I don't know yet. Let him prove me wrong at FSU. Coach Strong, I've no clue about him. I've no feelings and not enough data on how I feel about him.

We haven't had many head coaches, of course. Without going into all the politics and whatnot... Who would you want as your game-day coach? Who would you want as your recruiter & player development? Who would you want as your program builder?

What are we looking at for next season? The guys played well at the end there and had some really close games. But I guess the roster is going to change dramatically, correct?

Say, since Barnett has two years left and gets to potentially play this year (if he cracks the depth chart), do any of you update the recruiting class grade for 2018? Me, I say this coaching staff did really well. I'm impressed.
