More than the Athletic/Ticket dept are to blame. 1. The Athletic Dept should in the future make tickets avail to Donors/ Season ticket holders first (give a deadline like they currently do and allocate the better seats to those who donate/buy season tickets). (Im sure we know how many we are allocated in advance/ when the contract is signed. 2. After that date open it up to others as well (allowing enough time for the general population to buy thru USF). Who knows maybe after they experience the road game they may be more inclined to purchase more tickets in the future , season tickets or become donors. Not likely that we wont have tickets for Non season ticket holder considering the state of our fan base. 3. Fans need to support the team no matter what and stop being bandwagon fans. Ive never seen so many bandwagon fans in my life like we have here in Tampa(All teams included). We want to be bigtime, than we need to act big time( show ur support by buying tickets).

Im for Quality sound and having a microphone for them while in the stands. They can invest in a cpl portable speakers , place them in front of the band and amplify the sound instead of blasting it thru the Stadium speakers like they do in DCI(Drum Corps International). The DCI corps are half the size of the HOT and the sound is much louder. (They play in Large stadiums as well , have their championships in Ga Dome, San Antonio, and Indy Colts stadium). (you can hear them in the top row of the stadium).

Got my email today from the Bulls Fan Tour (Creative travel Tampa) with the pick up location time ect... Email said Our bus is just over half full and they have tickets to the game as well. ( I bought tickets to the game thru USF) only the bus ride thru creative travel. So if anyone still wants to make the trip and sit with USF people and cant get game tickets thru the school, contact Dennis at 813- 875-4155 and he has tickets.

Agree HOT is far superior in terms of quality. More Sound doesn't equate to being good.

I was NOT hating on the coach, I even stated I understand the Banned from Ybor statement. (I would had done it in a team meeting behind closed doors to not offend any donors(Columbia or whoever that may have been offended or alienate a part of the city in which you play in). Def not in an interview or to the press. Only reason I mentioned the other was, it also occurred today. As for not knowing the history of FSU vs USF(when we are only talking two games). I Get he has a lot on his plate, but one would think that before you do an interview about an upcoming opponent, you would get some briefing or knowledge prior to the interview. I would assume there may questions asked about the two past games. Would it had been better if I Said he spoke as if he were unprepared for the interview? Anyone who has been here for a while knows there has been numerous threads about the coach talk. Nothing more. Not hating only stating facts. Now if they are perceived as hating on the coach, that's on him or to those who find them as hating. It was not what I was going for here. Believe me Im def vocal and own up to my displeasures(See Skip Holtz comments from the past)

Torn as well. I understand the "banned from Ybor by Coach T" , BUT you cant or shouldn't alienate a part of the city in which you play in(esp where we have some Big donors like the Columbia). Coach T seems to find himself making statements that look silly or should not been mentioned in public.(ban the players but do so in private). There has been numerous times many on here have commented on his comments. Side note , just listened to the audio from the coach interview from earlier today and again he misspoke. He was asked about the last time we played FSU, He couldn't tell the reporter the last time we played them, and when he did try to answer, he was wrong.( he said we last played them in Tally but was unsure of the year) We last played them here just and FYI. Not hating on the coach here, but one would think that he would know when we played FSU last.

FAMU band did play on several occasions during play( I think when we were kicking a fg or extra point , and or punting).

SORRY cant post links here for some reason. TBO has the story. Called local store to verify than went to get mine. Free Reg Chicken sandwich today at ALL bay area locations. (1 per person) All you have to do is wear ANY team apparel from ANY team (hat, shirt, jersey ect.) Just got back from getting mine. (place was packed).Only a cpl hours left before they close.

Anyone know if the HOT will be making the trip to tally with us fans this year like in the past? Couldn't find it on their website calendar. Hope they are there.

Agree FAMU and FSU shouldn't be the gauge to determine how the season will play out or the progress of the team. FAMU is the extreme opposite end of FSU. We are somewhere in the middle I Suspect (hopefully closer to FSU Than FAMU).

Band is right spot, Other than the last few minutes of first half they are there, loud and into the game, unlike other student sections that seem to empty out starting the end of the 3rg qt to middle of the 4th. I do wonder why they didn't have a Microphone this week, they were not nearly as loud as the FAMU band.

The AAC is off to a horrible start already this opening weekend. Watching the games so far, there is NO reason we shouldn't compete within the conference this year with a chance to go bowling or better. Tomorrow will be more telling when the rest play their games but here are the results so far this week: 1. UCF lost to FIU 15 - 14 at home 2. SMU got smacked around at home by Baylor 56-21 3. Tulane got beat by Duke at home 37-7 4.UConn escaped with a 20- 15 win at home over Villanova. So far the conference is 1-3 This weekends remaining games include : (PREDICTIONS in parenthesis are for those who should win or lose from our conference teams)1. USF at home vs FAMU,(WIN) 2. Navy at home vs Colgate(Win) , 3. Temple at home vs PSU,(loss in a closer game than many expect) , 4. Tulsa at home vs FAU( toss up wont be surprised if a loss here) 5.Towson at ECU(win), 6. Alabama A&M at Cincy(Win), 7. Missouri St at Memphis(Win), 8.Tennessee Tech at Houston(Win). I see 6 more Highly likely wins, (but not based on what the conference has shown the past 2 days) and 1 loss, 1 toss up game. Not the best showing for the American so far esp considering who our conference teams played.

Until it doesn't happen , Im calling/ hoping for a Huge Bulls win. Here is to hoping history repeats its self at the Doak. Great day when BJ made his start in the white out that turned green out with our Bulls beating the ranked Noles. This is a rubber game too (series is tied 1-1 with road team winning both games). No matter the outcome, Ill be there, hope we bring a large sea of Green and Gold and make a lot of noise as we leave the stadium after winning like we did a few years back.

I watched the game start to finish to see them Lose , I would bet my right nut they did not have 40,000 in the bounce house . That may be the announced attendance, tickets sold, distributed ect... but no way actual butts in seats. Capacity is only 45,000 and change I Believe. Stadium was a little over half full.

With the voucher we printed off( guaranteeing us a flag before half time) and the additional 5,000 at the gate , Still not a lot of flags to give out. (BTW HAPPY USF is giving us a game day giveaway). I do wonder why we had to print the voucher though, Why couldn't they set it up so that we just show our Bulls Club card(that came with our season tickets) ? Just a question, Not complaining. (save paper/trees ) Ideally in the near future it would be nice if the Bulls Club Card could also be loaded with credit/money (stadium money) so you could use it like a Credit card? Id Make it that way for the Sundome as well. (May spark more sales at the stadium and Dome if they gave us a small discount like 10 percent off for using the card).

Win and No injuries are a giving. What I want to see is a blow out win, with the Game over by halftime, giving our back ups (depth) time to play and get game ready for Next week. I also want to see a packed student section (since the band is now in the end zone as well) shouldn't be too much to ask for.

I hope More than they had in the Bounce house yesterday vs FIU. ( they announced 39,000 but it was no where near that by looking at the stands on TV). Im Guessing though around 30,000 ( due to FAMU bringing their band and their fans).

lately yes, keep in mind they are young compared to us. They did win the Sun Belt a few years back though. But they have sucked the last few seasons. ( to answer the question above)

Also torn, Good that if someone has to lose to FIU on opening night on national TV its UCF. Bad for our conference for reasons I stated. (losing to FIU, National TV, ect...) FIU does look like the better team(not surprising) they built their team around the Miami area (like we are doing here around the Bay area). Lots of talent down there.
