Athletics pay for other things as well. Look at how the campus has grown since Football started, Look at all the new buildings ect.... We are booming compared to other older instutions,we have a huge potential for upswing here at USF. Lets get it going.

I must have stuck a nerve, If so Good , now lets start showing support for our Bulls, Both the Lady and Men's teams. We need to show it each game, not just when we are winning. The school expanded the Student section for FB because they wanted to have the largest Student Section in the BE and there was Student support, But to see the section sit empty is really sad. Students can also get compainion tickets as well so there really is not excuse not to fill up the student sections. There needs to be more buzz on campus, on the blogs, chat rooms ect.... I know games interfer with the clubbing and hanging out with friends ect.. But if we want other conferences to look at us we need to show fan support as well. ECU shows more support than we do, UCF shows as much or sometimes more. That is sad. We cant let UCif show more than us.

havent missed a single FB game including bowl games but 1 in the programs history, Go to most BB games, and the Garden for the tourney to see them. Also hit 1 or more road FB game a year in addition to the bowl game. I also Donate to the school, pay for tickets, dont get to go free. Just saying

All the more reasons we should fill up the bus if not more. Its the NCAA post season, they are your classmates, Its about school pride, Its summer so not as many in class. Stop making eXcuses and get the students up their. We hear this all the time during FB season as well, Its a weekend night, or Work, or the time of day, or we were not that good, Its just an excuse and needs to stop. The culture needs to change, Start supporting your school, fellow students and have some pride!!!! USF BULLS ALL THE WAY!!!!

If we cant get 55 students to an NCAA tourney game we should be embarassed.We have 45,000 students and cant get 55? Really???? The trip is FREE minus the few bucks for the game ticket. Its also against UCF who we have dislike for. Its in Gainsville which is close.

Ray Jay hold over 65,000 in its current configuration. When the Super Bowls are here they expand the End zones with portable seating given them over 10,000 more.That puts them over 75,000 seats for the game. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_James_Stadium I Was at the Baltimore/Giant Superbowl. First let me thank you Pack Backer for the help in making our trip out there easier! Cpl questions for everyone. I got the email today about the two hotels Grand Seirra and Harrah's Lake Tahoe. Is there a preference or what are the pros cons to both? Next question flights look to be about 500 and change to Reno, Cheaper to San Fran and Vegas, Been to both many times, Wondering is that the best option or just spend the 500 to Reno and get no car? Checked out rental cars for the week (to get from Vegas and or San Fran) looks like they are about 300 range. Really only need the car to get to Reno if we dont fly into Reno and if we want to see Tahoe. Do you really need a car in Reno if your not going to far out or is there public transportation? If I decide to do the Team hotel(Grand Seirra) is there enough to do , keep busy , see for 3 days? Lastly would Vegas be the best option, spend a day or two there, than drive see Nevada take time to Reno and back. Any info would be great. THANKS!

There are lots of options: Book on Mondays, Tuesdays when airlines have their lowest fares and more than 14 days in advance. Fly on tuesdays, wed or Sat with a Sat night stay over and you will get good deals. United Airlines TPA to Newark is about 200-250 short train ride into NYC(15 minutes) about an hour an a half to Philly. US AIRWAYS TPA to Philly is same price. Spirit Airlines is usually DIRT CHEAP. TPA to Atlantic City (Gambling and cheap hotels) within an hour or so car ride from Philly.
