    Agree Wisky seems to be built to go far but their QB isn't special. Taylor certainly is on a Dalvin Cook level of play. I saw some life in the defense but the offense Is flat lining. Can USF succeed without a DT QB? Defective coaching and practices? Those are the two biggest questions.

    That's a tough one all the work in preparing for this season and rehab. Hope he stays strong and cultivates a leader for USF. Hope Auggie being back has helped too.

    The outside zone run has been our Achilles last few seasons something WI has turned into an artform. This could be a barnburner based on that. I don't see us improving that much to stop WI. Sorry to be a Debbie downer. Barn Burner but we have so much on offense to keep up I think we win 50 something to 45 crazy as that sounds.

    Anyone know if they still have 3 TEs injured? The way they attack in the running game could be setback quite a bit.

    That being said if we can get some dudes to bat down passes on the line or at least a pressure that would cure a whole heck of a lot. Our DEs haven't been P5 worthy since Eric Lee left.

    That was my evaluation as well. Cover guys. We haven't had a true safety since maybe angry bird. Roberts I am still high on being an impact player. Same with Sands. I just scratch my head over a lot of the mismanagement. This defense needs an exorcism for real.

    I've tried to forget most of last season but suggesting talented players drop down to div ii is ridiculous. I know players gave up we don't need to make any assumptions about this season though. These are loyal Bulls IMO so let's wait a few more days and see who makes plays.

    This thread is dumb. Our D line and LB Corp was terrible for various reasons some were bad luck and some were baked in. But by all means let's blame the safeties.

    Glad he is back but I'm hoping we getting it to the slot or to felix more regularly. It would be nice to see him drag a UCF safety 10 yards though a la Mcants.

    I already know Bell is an upgrade. The biggest news is Sawtelle and Horne are on track for early season playing time.

    I saw it on Twitter. I have to think they aren't that stupid and are purposefully casting shade for whatever reason.

    Won't they be changing offenses too? We are going to be bigger and tougher on defense is what I want to believe. I see no gimme game there.

    ESPN already got a discount because there was no GOR signed by member schools. There would be no reason to renegotiate they can elf themselves IMO.

    I'm glad we got the high tech stuff most importantly. The green is a little off IMO and simple but overall this should help us win games. I'm thinking the addidas cleats has to be an improvement over UA as well. Horne seemed to break land speed record in it last year for Ray Jay at least.

    He's got a real nice arm. Completed some really special throws while on the move in traffic and from play action under center. Kids these days are getting better and better but I trust the staff is finding some diamonds out there. Hope he's not using us to get the attention of some bigger GA schools.

    The product has become inconsistent and downright boring at times as even former players have mentioned on Twitter. That's the main problem and it has been eating away at the fanbase since Holtz last year. Like someone said take a business class or two Johnny.

    I was really high on Battle so I'm disappointed we don't get to see him compete for the job. He came out guns a blazing in the spring game made some very nice throws. Kinda ended the game with a fizzle. McCloud was the opposite where he started off slow but finished on fire with many back to back completions. I wanted to see more.

    I think UCF has a bad reputation for hosting other fanbases and it's coming full circle. USF is classy and we are seeing scheduling that's gonna raise our profile win or lose. I love the anytime anywhere philosophy.

    He has a nose for the end zone. His tape is real good. Defensive players will sleep on him because of his size as they did in HS.

    Pro style passing concepts. He mentioned the Qbs needing to get to up to 5 progressions which in college is hard to do I think. Exciting stuff.
