    Only if first stringers are available. Remember we have depth issues on a 90 man FL team running a spread offense.

    We would be more explosive if DBs stop PI us. Not all our rcvrs are as strong as wilcox and mccants unfortunately.

    I think it affects practice some too. Our defense isn't developing because the offense they see everyday is simplistic and leaves large areas of the field untouched.

    Kean is a gunslinger also has experience throwing in the cold. Once we got behind they should have went with him. Questionable coaching for sure.

    Not holding players accountable and its spreading like cancer. Likely problem has been festering for awhile but we can only speculate based on results.

    Im sure they looked slow partially because they were playing contain. Houston had us out gunned in a lot of ways. Size on the d line is concerning and we need help. Strong has some blame and needs to get more creative with player development and maybe he is. Its only year two.

    Pretty bleak. Are they quality losses though?

    I think we match up very well. We were clearly the better team last year but didnt finish them. We will have the revenge factor this year and overall team speed on defense is good as long as we contain and have some gap discipline. Finally a game players can get excited over.

    UCF looks mortal today. Win or lose this conference is up for grabs but we gotta improve in first half production.
