  1. I think scoring more points than the opposition will go a long way towards a successful season.
  2. CWT is legally prevented from commenting, which is why Litton can say anything he wants.
  3. You're just making stuff up now. The kid, thought he was gonna get a UF offer, he bailed without telling the coaches, Came back with some half assed apologies, got his offer pulled and is now trying to make up an alternative theory. How many times you gonna have to get bounced off that Turnip Truck Parrot?? Holy ****. Are you and I on the same page right now?
  4. And you don't think it's even slightly possible that Litton isn't being honest and just trying to cover his ass? You do have to admit that CWT has just a shade more credibility if you're looking at their entire body of work.
  5. I think you're looking the article entitled, "Litton Being Forced to Do Coach T's Work For Him"
  6. Didn't he participate in an article entitled, "Litton Embracing Role as Recruiter" that was written a few weeks ago? That doesn't sound like they were leaning on him.
  7. Sure is a good thing he's got that LSU scholarship lined up.
  8. I don't think that's too far fetched to have Bench, with zero practices for USF under his belt, to be coming it at #2.
  9. Is it time for another TuxedoYoda posting? Because I can make that happen.
  10. Because nobody cares where your money comes from. Nouveau riche is ********. It's the riche that counts.
  11. You are right. You are all knowing. Everyone else is wrong. So sorry. Moving on. Don't argue with him, he is right in his mind. I guess when minorities become the majority and soccer/futbol takes over he will still be right. Where in my argument did I say the MLS wouldn't make good money in the future? In fact, I said it looks like they have a solid business model and plan to exoand down the road. I'm just waiting for you or Data to produce something that says the league is flush with cash in the present. I think Data tried to use the Adidas contract in his argument before. 8 years, $200 million. So that's what, about $1.25 per team, per year. I believe his exact words were, "The MLS makes more on their ADIDAS contract alone than the AAC does in TV revenue. You don't know anything about the MLS." Well, the AAC contract pays $2 million a year. I know that's more than $1.25 million.
  12. Florida is in the picture, but I'd still give the nod to Miami.
  13. So the single greatest game in UCF program history is a game you lost? Christ, that's the saddest thing I've ever heard. That day fair play and sportsmanship lost, just not our team. Did the team get ice cream after the game? Everybody go out for pizza?
  14. +1 I think he overestimated his stock. See Tyler Cameron for example. Buried on the bench with no light at the end of the tunnel. I live in Winston Salem (Wake Forest University) and there is no mention of the guy at all. So you think he decommited because he thought he was going to be offered a schollie that night at UF and he'd be more attractive if uncommited? My first inclination is to say that's ridiculous but then I remember that we're dealing with 17/18 year olds and he may very well have thought that ... which goes back to a question I had earlier, where is his support group (family, coach, etc) in all this? There's no way a responsible adult signs off on the way he did this... Responsible adults don't teach kids to quit teams when they don't like how playing time is turning out. They also do a solid job of explaining why grand theft is frowned upon. I think he's sorely lacking in the "responsible adult" category.
  15. Nebraska is not AAU. They were when the conference accepted them and its a bit of a thing now that they aren't.
  16. Is he committed for real or committed like a USF QB recruit?
  17. Anybody know if they removed the tramp stamp from the pants?
  18. Oh. Well, they're going to get one eventually. Hope it ain't this year. Me too. I don't want them rushing the field. Hope not either, but at least it will be their field if it happens, not ours. I'd like to see them try to rush the field at Ray Jay One aspect of UCF's stadium was built to prevent fans rushing the field. There is no access to the field, and the fence is about 12-15 feet above the field. Oh, I thought the team was the aspect that would prevent fans from rushing the field.
  19. So the single greatest game in UCF program history is a game you lost? Christ, that's the saddest thing I've ever heard.
  20. The conference as "a hole"? Is that how you get around saying ******* with the filter?
  21. That's right. They beat a Houston team that finished 10-4 and unranked. Is that the highpoint of UCF football or is it the win over 6-6 Georgia?
  22. May not be totally in yet ... That's what she said...
