  1. Speaking of, did you use the Carlos Danger name generator? My online name is Mariano Dynamite.
  2. Love the comments. A lot of them are just as pessimistic as we are.
  3. Just moved to TX from Duluth, went to that PT in L'ville as much as I could...sigh. Anyway sorry didn't mean to. @usfvictor- I want to live where you do, if PT is low man on the totem. Arco Iris is where you want to go for Cuban food in Tampa. Going to PT and calling it Cuban is like calling Tijuana Flats Mexican.
  4. Dreaming. Do the math on how much the staff is paid, scholarships, equipment, scouting, etc (I have no basis for any of this other than making **** up, but lets say $1,000,000). 12 home games, so that's about $80k a game. $7 a ticket and let's round everyone up to $10 for a concession stand visit. We only need to pull in around 8,000 people a game. Louisville last year brought in about 1400. So either we need to raise our tickets to $100 apiece or I need to have a lot more than two Cuban sons who like USF soccer and want to go to games.
  5. And, need I remind everyone, this guy sucks.
  6. 3 year old and An 11 week old. Since my wife works on campus, the big one is pretty familiar. Whenever we get to the front entrance he yells out USF!
  7. Never in the history of man has dating a stripper ever worked out well.
  8. Bennett's ragging is still a better read than anything AA has ever written.
  9. We're a big school, but not a "big" school.
  10. I like the idea of hearing the announcer say, "...and it looks like Prado's making the call to TheBullsPen.com"
  11. Disagree. Three years worth of 8-5 doesn't get us into the ACC or Big 12, in my opinion.
  12. I'm sure ESPN has an Armageddon website already created for when they achieve complete domination. Just hit the enter key and fire it up.
  13. So Strong confirmed what everyone already knew. Dyer has not enrolled as of today.
  14. I have no problem with the amount if bowls. There's nothing better than the college football bender from mid-December through New Year's.
  15. Don't think I've ever made an effort to listen to a player's interview. My interest in USF football leans more towards the football.
  16. Deep pockets, our problem is we are not reaching enough Alumni. How many people have graduated from USF, how many are Alumni members but do not support our Athletics? That is the issue... Didn't we just raise $600+ million? Maybe it's our athletics and not our alumni. People give money for different reasons. Some people will give more money for things that are not Athletic. That $600 million was allocated for a lot of projects, with a majority of them non athletic in nature. Exactly my point. Our alumni have no problem giving back to the school when they feel its a worthy cause. It seems most feel our athletics aren't worth the investment.

Didn't we just raise $600+ million? Maybe it's our athletics and not our alumni. According to the chart, USF donors number +/- 3,500. Gotta remember, a lot of alumni passed through USF before '97. As for not reaching them, there is no guarantee that once someone graduates from college that they are inclined to send even mo' money to the alma mater, particularly athletics. Not to mention, our medical programs tend to finish the year ranked, something most of our marquee sports can't say. CAMLS is pretty badass, our athletic department falls well short of that.
  18. It's in the millions. How much would it cost to name the bull pens after TheBullsPen.com I wonder??? I would definitely contribute to that.

  20. I'm not saying its bad, I'm just saying that the Waffle House, like watching a Cheech and Chong movie, is an entirely different experience when you're sober.
  21. Maybe just not stoned enough. Used to LOVE the Cheech and Chong movies. Wonder how I'd feel these days? They don't hold up to sobriety, sort of like Waffle House.
  22. I know we're mad, but what is our argument when we call?
