    Has he had any history of saying that he wanted to make USF his go to destination? I know he has history with the area, but does he want to come back? Would he have a passion for USF?

    Just couldn't get it together at USF. Really didn't recruit as well as I had hoped also. Seems like the kind of guy who would make a great HS coach (and I say that without a hint of sarcasm).

    I might agree with everyone on this list except Oregon. I see them as more of a flavor of the moment as opposed to a true destination school. Until Kelly took them over recently who had ever even heard of them?

    Still think we need to be pushing to get in one of the superconferences. We have the 13th largest media market and one of the top ten universities for enrollment in the nation. Surely in this money driven market that would mean something.

    And if that happens, its no lock we jump UCONN or Natti to take their place. Need other ACC defections to Big 10 as well to ensure space to move on up. Would love for that to happen but with FSU gone and potentially UM, I think we automatically look a lot more attractive to ACC and would jump UConn and Natti.

    And at minimum 3 other defections, by my count now USF is at least fourth in line 1. UConn 2. Cincy 3. Navy 4 USF But if FSU and/or Miami are the defections, then I could see us move over UConn and Cincy and probably Navy into the ACC

    I don't know why I should be optimistic about this, but it's starting to sound like USF might actually fall into a decent situation when the dust settles.

    That's my only beef with this new setup. We still have access, but the revenue we will get compared to the "Power 5" is ridiculously skewed in their favor.
