If there hasn't been any lawsuits yet, I doubt there will be any in the future. What I think would happen is Congressional Hearings on the matter. There is a mountain of money involved and public schools. If what ESPN is doing is true, its almost like racketeering...from its puppeteering.

Obvious that ESPN was trying to use Florida and Ohio open records act to put a wedge in between member schools and the Big East. I think that the Big East could have used a better tactic than threatening legal action against a public school that is bound by state and federal open record acts.

We already beat FSU. Its off the Bucket List. Win the Big East is a no brainer. Losing to FSU is just going to make whomever USF plays in the BCS game less weary and probably help USF psychologically.
