  1. maybee he was laughing all the way to the bank with his buyout?
  2. AS said so many times that is reason enough to fire him after the game 3 TO left and don't use it UGH
  3. This may have been said already but this is how you play with two weeks to prepare for an instate rival.....pathetic
  4. What you didn't mention is that this was in only 11 minutes too. Put that into a full game say 30 min and your looking at 18 and 15 plus the other changes you mentioned. BIG Difference in the outcome of our season in my opinion. Again only one game, you can't tell this early wait until January before we can make a full assesment on where this team will be this year
  5. Michigan State usually starts off very slow as well, and look where they end up every year. Stan is also a former MSU assistant. MSU also schedules very aggressive in the early season
  6. We all know how good we are in october and november
  7. totally agree T-Rex should be a CB with all the other talent we have at WR
  8. IF the D cord. (cosh) is not FIRED Monday which he should be then holtz's job is safe. IF not here will be changes at the end of the year which can't come soon enough
  9. did you think there would be any other outcome?
  10. you can be a fan of the team and still not be happy with the direction of the program. The coaching staff doesn't deserve anything they haven't earned to this point. And what they have earned is criticisim since they are not getting the job done
  11. Bad coaching, bad time management, bad defense, bad special teams all adds up to a BAD TEAM. The talent is there the support from the coaching staff is not anywhere close to where it needs to be. After the season there better be some changes
  12. football is OVER we need to focus on Basketball
  13. 5'10'', 160 lbs. | Class of 2011 was not rated on rivals or scout and had a 2* rating on the espn recruiting site. Maybe Stan regrets not offering after the fact but we had a lot of turnover at the PG position that he had no idea was going to happen. Dority since left, and If I remember nash was a top JC recruit that he signed. Strengths: Smith is a true lead guard that plays under control and makes good decisions with the ball. He will push in transition and he can make open shots to the arc on a consistent basis. Smith has a good looking stroke with a high release and follows through.
  14. Rich Bisaccia (San Diego Chargers - special teams coordinator) - Don't be surprised if Bisaccia is in the mix for the position. Many NFL coaches and players believe he is the top special teams coordinator in the NFL. He is highly respected within the league and people like Chris Mortensen and Jon Gruden will tell you that it's only a matter of time before Bisaccia becomes a head coach in the NFL. Bisaccia served on David Cutcliffe's initial staff at Ole Miss from 1999-2001 before winning a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Bucs as the special teams coordinator. He has experience recruiting Mississippi and would know how to get to places like Okolona and Kosciusko. He is a no nonsense coach that makes football enjoyable for the players. As a special teams coordinator, he has tons of experience speaking to an entire team. Google "Rich Bisaccia" and the first listing is a USA Today article titled, "There's Something Special About Rich Bisaccia."
