  1. I was there and student section was an embarassment
  2. SMU 38-35 Mack Adams 498 I need to see it one more time until I'm thoroughly convinced
  3. My most anticipated thread after every game. Thanks Horny!
  4. I would agree that CWT seems to be growing as a coach. I believe Tomey, Kinnan and Hope are expediting the maturation process. Kudos to CWT for dumping the dead weight in Wulff and Breezy (UCiF buyers remorse perhaps?) and actually listening to those around him.
  5. And the local kid who transfered from Wisky...name escapes me.
  6. SMU is 1-5 and hung with some teams in the first half and faded late. They have a dangerous dual threat QB and they can put points on the board but their defense is terrible. http://www.todaysu.com/aac-today/smu-mustangs/progress-clear-smu-mustangs-midseason-mark/
  7. Couldn't be more happy to be wrong. Go Bulls!
  8. First off, it's their homecoming and they will be fired up and play with a lot of energy. Remember, they're in the same situation as us. They believe they've turned the corner and are looking to validate it with us. I know game temps will only be in the 50s, but we always seem to be a step slow in cooler games. Diaco is a good DC and now that he's seen what we do, I believe he'll game plan to slow us down. They don't run a lot of stunts and blitzes like Cuse, instead they have big 300lb DTs that clog the middle and a 290lb DE. We broke a lot of big plays on Cuse because we caught them in blitzes and burned them. Still not sold on Flowers ability to throw when we have to. Also, when was the last time we scored 28 points against UConnn? I hope the Bulls go out tomorrow and make me look like an idiot for typing all of this, however, I don't believe that will happen. Go Bulls and prove me wrong.
  9. Will be hard pressed to get to 28 points
  10. Well Hill wasn't any better than Nadelman. This is a cause for concern. On the subject of special teams, I'm not sure how confident I am in Nadelman if we need a game winning kick. Man I miss Kloss!
  11. Nice write up. Something I noticed in the Cuse game. Hill was doing the Kick Offs and not getting them very deep. This could bite us in the butt with Newsome.
  12. Look, I'm rooting for Taggart to succeed. The last thing we need is instability with a coaching change. But so far, aside from Syracuse, his body of work has been atrocious. I hope they continue to improve on offense and win enough games to get to a bowl, but until I see it I won't believe it. I realize Taggart had nothing to do with the gun incident, but it's just more stink on the program and ultimately, right or wrong, he's held accountable.
  13. As if the losing wasn't enough ammunition for Harlan to pull the plug on Taggart, these gun incidents and Yborgate is adding icing to the cake. If Taggart wants to hold on to his job, this team needs to get on a serious winning streak.
  14. Lamar Robbins arrested for discharging a weapon on campus. What the hell is wrong with these guys! http://www.marketplace.tampabay.com/blogs/bulls/bulls-db-lamar-robbins-arrested-on-gun-charges/2249985
  15. UConn 24-20 Mack Barr 341 I need to see it a couple more times before I'm convinced we've turned the corner
  16. for the rest ofthe year, apparently for testing positive for steroids. http://thebiglead.com/2015/10/12/florida-qb-will-grier-suspended-for-ncaa-violation/
