This is officially rock bottom. When the bottom 10 comes out next week, we may be crowned bottom dog. Losing to a fellow bottom 10 team by 26 pts, I dont think it can get any worse save not having football at all. This is just sad to watch and to remember where we were. This is historically bad, even for us. I'm fairly certain, in the history of the NCAAF that there have been worse runs for longer periods of time among other teams, but this run has got to be among the all-time worst.

We may win, but USF has made every FBS team look like an offensive juggernaut this year, i don't see anything changing this week, I'd take the over as well. However, in the NFL at least, a bad offense makes a bad defense look serviceable, so idk, still leaning over and giving up the points. Which means the exact opposite will happen.

I feel like regardless of our record in these last 4 games...idk...im the last person to jump on the fire a coach bandwagon but i did say at the beginning of the year that CJS had 7 nails left in his coffin, one for each loss. Again, idk, but say we win one game the rest of the way, does a 2-10 season save him? I guess my internal war of emotions is irrelevant. I mean ok, so if we blow out the next 4 team by 21 points and end up 5-7, i might be ok with another year but ****, this is super old. I can do as well as he has. at worst if i coached the team id only have 3 less wins and one less FBS win than he has at this point. And i'd do it for way cheaper. How can we be so bad for so long, even a blind squirrel gets a nut every once in a while. The chances of not making a bowl game three years in a row? 23.97% 4 years in a row? 14.89% This means, with all things being equal, each team has an 85% chance of going to a bowl game once every 4 years. So just venting. Everyone else does so i figured i would as well.

Love it, pages and pages and pages of commentary. For the people/person who says we should shut down the program, we wouldn't be having this much fun if there was no football. I'll hold out hope that the team can get this ship righted and it starts with Howard next week. I for one am happy we have them on the schedule, not saying they cant beat us but its better them than Jackson St (who probably would beat us) We need some confidence from somewhere. Dropped a lot of wide open balls last week, that, to me, along with the defense getting the play in, is the big thing we need to improve.
