    I had heard a team I used to follow as a kid AWC or Arizona Western College had given up football. It sounded odd given they had almost always had a good team. I heard that other close by schools had already announced intentions to quit funding football so AWC had to quit because being able to schedule games was going to be a challenge due to increased travel. Given the above, I had a look and saw there are only 65 teams left playing JUCO football. Kind of a limited number or prospects to choose from so Scott better get cracking.

    Interesting find. When you lose people like him, mama bull , and (probably) ET, you really have more than just the malcontents dissatisfied.

    I had many questions back then which are irrelevant today. The only one left relevant is why the guy continues to celebrate how bad USF had been to a national following. Most in that following don't care. He got his way. The gracious and professional thing to do would be to walk away. He cannot seem to which leads me to wonder....

    This is proof that the guy has some sort of vendetta against USF and not just Leavitt. I don't have a Twitter account nor seek his out but have seen many tidbits like this over the years. Not very gracious.

    He had a key fumble recovery on special teams, for what it's worth. Trevin Coleman's return is what happened to him. He is on the practice squad again. The Niners have a run heavy offense with somewhat complex blocking schemes. Not easy to break into right away. A few weeks in the system will help him.

    So Rhule gets fired for losing four of the first five with a 22point loss to one of the better defenses in the league he is in. Scott does almost the same to a team which has......hmmm...... and still employed

    I never understood this position Strong had. If the team scores often, it should not matter how fast they do it. Then, the defense only has to make a few stops as opposed to many in order to win. You can slow them down in the 4th when you have a 2TD lead.

    Has USF had a more ineffective DL is its history? This has to be the worst.

    So which side gets all of the so called "blue checkmarks" and can say or do what they want no matter how egregious and which side gets permanently banned for saying something which may seem well short of being loutish but defies the preferred narrative?

    Maybe we need our own version of "Howard"s Rock" so Mr. Clemson feels more comfortable.

    You are right Brad. I myself have tried not to say much so as not to be repetitively negative. That is not easy. It is futile to post opinions given the people who need to read them (who helped create this situation) have long abandoned the program. People used to complain about 8 win seasons and 31-0 losses even though the latter was not the norm. Now, 31-0 type losses by halftime are the norm.

    Seems like he is trying to place the blame on USF for not being Clemson more than taking responsibility for this abomination.

    Too true. Losing to ECU for the third time in a row is bad enough. They were down 41-7 before half. How pathetic.
