    The bowl's website looks awful. Not very professional at all. They must have some intern working on it as there is no credit statement provided. Links don't exist (i.e. front page ticketmaster and the school websites) and content is very poorly placed or formatted. They even pulled an odd logo for USF with the Football tag. http://meinekecarcarebowl.com/

    Yikes - a block of less than 5,000 (10% of the crowd) in green and gold would look awful and reflect poorly on USF and the BE.

    I don't see why any IAA team would not take a second IA payday as an away game to fill out the 12 game schedule and walk away with another $100,000 to $400,000. The 12 game schedule handed them the option for increasing their budgets/revenues quite easily.

    All 4 BE teams are touchdown underdogs. We need to take at least 2 of these games for the good of the conference. Obviously WVU is the most important to shut up the critics.

    Hadn't we heard over the last year and a half, we were in talks with Tulane, Southern Miss and ECU?  Wonder if those will pan out? There must be 50 1-A teams out there looking for 1 for 1's with the 12 game schedule looming.  I'm sure DW has it under control and is negotiating the best offers. The PAC10 made the smartest move to accomodate the 12 game schedule by committing to the first 9 game conference schedule. They are all set with their OOC commitments - don't need to find the 4th game.

    They started the presentation audio just as WVU was running on the field. You could not hear what was said until they started announcing the names. Very poor organization and a show of little respect to the seniors.

    Letter went to donors that said packages will be available for review on the website Sunday night. Sounded like donors could buy on Monday and public on Tuesday. Not sure though.

    All pretty pricey because of the holiday weekend. Check out the packages offered by the Bulls Club on Monday - should be less expensive than putting it together yourself at this point.

    Great, great showing tonight - not only in numbers but it looked like everyone in the first level was INTO the game (not just the first few rows). Great job!

    BE detractors are now put in their place. The BE is sending their 10-1, 7-0 champion to the BCS. The ACC is sending their 7-4, 5-3 champion to the BCS.

    Anyone been to the new Bulls/Bucs Heaven? Do they have a lot of gear for kids? Thinking about making the ride out there today.

    That's not scalping - okay let's call them ticket brokers. Anyhow, it seems this year for the first time our Bulls are worthy of the brokers roaming the parking lots becasue there is a market for Bulls tickets. In past years, they never bothered with USF games.

    SALES are looking great, but I fear the actual attendance will be spotty. I would guess the student 2nd level corners will not be filled along with about a 1/4 of the donor seats between the 20's and the WVU sections. Scalpers will have a field day buying all the unused tickets for $5 and selling them for $20.

    Matthew, question for you... I have seen at a few other games, the home band has learned the visiting team's fight song and march over to the visiting fans during pre-game and play their fight song. This always struck me as a class move. You guys ever consider that?

    Guys, face the facts regarding the local casual fan bandwagon market we are in. There will be an announced attendance of 35,000 or less with actual butts in seats of probably 28,000 - 8,000 of which will be WVU fans. USF will have the same 20,000 core fans/students that normally show. For the casual fan, unfortunately USF's season is over.

    Not a huge BB expert, but Mattis and Buckley sure looked good tonight. Capko coming around - 12 assists, but still makes me nervous bringing the ball up court. This team may end a bit above expectations unless the they just get worn out with no bench.

    Just looked at the UCF game on ticketmaster - could get 8 seats in the middle level on the 50 yard line. What up with that?

    Great news right now - 41 degrees and Sunny with little wind at game time. That won't bother anybody.
