    now THAT'S a good idea! you have to enter the women's game before halftime in order to stay and watch the men for free. i like it! i know if i was there, i would have to buy at LEAST one more drink and food item in that extra hour or 2, so you could at least make up a little bit of the money in concessions...

    on the radio show, Coach Prado said that when he came from Louisville he was amazed at how thorough the training staff is at USF. he said they check and double check e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. so yeah.

    yep, the U on the wrong side is unbelievably stupid. whoever made that decision AND whoever told them it was a good one, is an idiot. check the major leagues and find me ONE team with the logo on that side of the chest. retards... and the fashion-trucker hat is ridiculous. if you wanna look like a baseball team, then look like a baseball team damnit.

    Who knows who reads message boards, so with that being said, I just wanted to say THANK YOU to whoever is responsible for getting the past few games on tv, on weeknights no less! Win or lose, at least we have the opportunity to watch our team play. We always talk about exposure, well a prime time slot on local ABC is about as good as you can get. Isnt it nice to be able to come home from work and have the option to watch some USF sports?

    Awesome. AND it looks like one more team(men's bb being the other) now is fully utilizing the potential of our colors and logos. The naysayers will never admit it, but young people WANT to look good when they're on the field.

    For the record, I listened to the wed night 5-6 radio show that Coach Fernandez and Prado have on 1010, and Fernandez was disappointed that his comments overshadowed the players and their big victory. He didnt back off of his comments at all, but he was very quick to give the players credit for the game they played and hoped everyone else would do the same. As far as my thoughts, I agree with what he said and Im glad he said them when he did. Hell, he did more marketing in about 10 words than the marketing dept has done in 2 years!

    I agree. Like BullsFanatic said, I think the team learned a lot in this game. The team didnt quit this time when it fell behind by double digits. In the Pitt and UCONN games, they did. HAVE to improve the FT shooting though. "Shooters" arent supposed to miss free throws.

    Shocking.... :'( From everything I've heard, he wasnt doing "strenuous" lifting at the time, just some light weight...sounds like one of those "freak" things that just happens sometimes. The really bad part is that it happened in front of the entire team. I feel terrible for his family and for his friends and teamates.
