    I think local yocal beat writers are supposed to be homers. The point is to get readers, getting haters is not going to sell papers or web hits. This isn't real journalism anyways. It's writing tales about guys running around in tights and throwing balls around. Seriously. The whole angle of the trib/mcmurphey in comparison to the times was way off in a town like this.

    That's what I meant. You guys could be on a tear of good wins, but you have never had a track record like USF did beating quality teams back to back to back. USF's issue was always with our conference foes and our coaches inability to adapt to teams that know what you are doing. Good win at Penn State no doubt, but come on, it should have been expected. Look at the state of that program. This is very special place for USF. We've never lost like this. Regardless of opinions that fly around this place, it sure looks like we have swapped places. We certainly can't bottom out any more.

    I thought skip was going to do great here and I feel bad too. I didn't realize the level of conspiracy at play and the level of incompetence of the players involved until much later. It's such a shame as we had a great thing going.

    Leavitt was the man. He was shafted by a conspiracy. The same people are still making the decisions that caused this to happen. It doesn't mean he is free of any guilt or that he would have even won the Big East. He was deserving at the very least of the benefit of doubt and instead some small minded folks kicked him in the ass. I hope Taggart can find success here, but I suspect our days of greatness are done. Adjust your expectations or die a miserable agonizing death...

    From what I read and heard, this is for the owners of cars between certain years for the depreciation this incident caused them. To me this is even worse.
