    Me too. I hope she can get back on track. Not sure if there is an injury issue we don't know about? On the bright side, I saw some really promising things from Sara Guerreiro in the VCU game. She only shot 1 for 6 but she looked fearless out there, hustled the whole time she was in the game, had a key loose ball rebound and assist that seemed to start the comeback, and she hit a three. Guess we'll have to wait to see if she continues to take minutes from Alvarez.

    What is great is that the comeback was mostly without many of our normal stars on the floor. Of course, with Pinzan out there good things often happen. Never doubted they'd come back and win... Seriously, though, I think VCU was gassed after hitting all those shots and playing such hard defense the first three quarters. I guess good ol' SFU just outlasted VCU.

    Navy really knows how to run a stadium and game day experience. I love living in Tampa again, but I'll miss being an hour away from that stadium.

    I hope your gut is correct. I grew up in ACC land before moving to FL, so I've always preferred that conference for USF football. Basketball would be tough, but it sure would have some storied in-conference opponents.

    He looked like he finally decided to wake up and do his thing. Maybe that is a sign of good things to come from him. He also seemed to be paying with a hurt left arm? Painful ending but I still enjoyed being there at the Dome to see some Bulls hoops live.

    USF did a lot of things well. Unfortunately, scoring points was not one of them.

    With 4:30 to go USF: FG/3P/FT = 34.6% 23.1% 45.5%... We should be killing this team. Shooting is horrible as usual.

    These always work for me when I need hope for USF sports success. (Oh, and watching USF hoops - my first USF sports love - also helps me cope, win or lose.)

    Maybe not much. Tennessee is currently ranked #11 and is undefeated. USF's strength of schedule certainly cannot be doubted this year. Only downside is that now my expectations are Sweet Sixteen or bust. Dare we dream of the Final Four?

    Was watching with my dad while visiting in N.C. He is a State alumni and was thrilled. That comeback was virtually impossible.

    NC State just gave an amazing demonstration on how to finish and win a rivalry game.

    The men's team is young and won't win every game this year. I get it that some think women's basketball is boring.

    You will see more Ws for sure. It's a fun team to watch. Definitely looking forwarded to next football season, but I'm going to enjoy the heck out of both the men's and women's hoops games this year!
