  1. If Tom Allen gets fired from Indiana, we need to start a campaign.
  2. I really want to talk **** about our next opponent, but it seems that every time has a career game against us. **** it! Team Stats (5-6, 3-4) Team Stats (3-8, 2-5) Statistic SOUTH FLA. 3. Hey even though they lost 4 superbowls, those were some great teams. You guys have a good QB. Im 3 years with him leading my fantasy football team.
  4. You act like we are the only ones stuck on a losing journey. If u r an older Tampa Bay gan they sucked for some years. Im a Saints fan and we started the paper bag over the head trend. Thats just how it goes for some teams. Ive seen plenty of perennially bad teams become good. If you lost patience, then take a break from football until we are a winning team. I'm enjoying the journey win or lose. But if you are no longer enjoying the experience or if it gets emotionally draining then take a break. I did it with my Saints many times during their really bad years. I really dislike Bobby Herbert. I hated him and the Saints for their loyalty to him. I feel this team is on the right track. Usually its more of "wishing" but now I believe it.
  5. Somebody came up with a term called "burnt toast" b/c DBs are always getting burned on the field. I dont remember who it was but that person haven't used it all year and its definitely the proper term. @Outlaw was it you?
  6. As much as i dislike Todd Orlando I've cooled down. We can finally stop the run which has been the weakest part of the defense in the past 6 years. I just hope he can recruit better players. Now if Tom Allen gets fired um....lets bring back the Bullsharks!!!
  7. I think they need more creative plans for Joiner. He like Atkins are the type that can make something out of nothing. He looks fast as hell every time he is in open space. At this point it should be atkins, joiner, wright, Simmons and the top 4 to game plan around.
  8. I'm going to give Todd Orlando a pass for this year. 2022 Rush Defense Rankings - 129th cfbstats.com - 2022 National Team Leaders WWW.CFBSTATS.COM 2023 Rush Defense Rankings - 65th (So far) NCAA College Football FBS current team Stats | NCAA.com WWW.NCAA.COM Discover the current NCAA FBS Football leaders in every stats category, as well as historic leaders.
  9. Look at that Thumbnail. That boy wears 320 Ibs well. After so many years of not having DTs, it feels great to finally have some true depth for the next few years. 11. The biggest difference this year compared to last year is that our biggest DT/NT is 320 Ibs and looks like this. We have this guy for another 3-4 years.
  12. I think high-performing FCS or D2 transfers work out the best for us.
  13. We lost some players this year. Summerall did not impress me. I wonder if they are going to give more snaps to the starters or try some new players. Lost Bernard Gooden (Wake) Had to sit out this year Lloyd Summerall (UF) Off the team Vaughn, Jason JR Out for the Season Options Rico Watson (FSU/Robert Morris) A transfer from Robert Morris University who saw action in 24 games for the Colonials in three seasons…he logged 91 tackles, 22.5 tackles for loss, and 11.5 sacks in his career at Robert Morris…will have one season of eligibility remaining at USF. 14. It's crazy on how we are ranked so high offensively when our offense hasn't truly clicked or been consistent.
  15. So even though I rather have Brian-Jean Mary as our defensive coordinator, I realize that we can't afford him. He is making 600K a year at TENN as a position coach. No way he takes a 50% pay cut. Tom Allen might be our best option if he gets fired. With his buyout, we can get him "for the low". If not then F-it, let's give Todd Orlando a chance. Technically we did improve on defense. Anyway here are my goals for this defense: Original – 25-30 sacks, 85+ TFLs (On Track), and 10 INTs (On Track) Updated for the last 2 games (bowl game not included)- 20-22 sacks, 85+ TFLs (On Track), and 10 INTs this year (Back on track). I'll be happy to just reach 20 sacks this year. As for TFLs, we are still on track for 85+ and can even get to 90 TFLs and 7-8 ints. I would like for us to improve from last year. 17. We need the offense that scored 50 on memphis and the defense that held Alabama to 17pts to show up and we will be ok.
  18. If we play to the full extend of our abilities we can beat most teams.
  19. Our offense has the ability to score 50pts in a game. Our defense once held Alabama to 17pts and has a little pulse left shown on today's game. We just gotta put everything together. Its like a superhero learning how to use his powers. Its going to take a lot of battles to get better. This season is serving its purpose. At this point our next milestone is making a bowl game. Either way we are improving.
