Today is the day we'll find out if any Bulls are named to the watch list for these two awards.  More on these awards and the remainder for this week:

 

Davey O'Brien Award

Presented to the nation's best quarterback by the Davey O'Brien Foundation

Named for ... Davey O'Brien, who led TCU to the 1938 national championship. He was the first player to win the Heisman Trophy, Maxwell Award and Walter Camp Award in the same year.

2016 winner: Deshaun Watson, Clemson

Looks like I have a very distant relative on that list. He'd be like a cousin 5 or 6 times removed.
