I don't understand what the issue is with the search firm. Companies use it all the time and the last quick hire this school made was awful. Remember Holtz, that is the guy everybody wanted and just had to have well D.W gave him to you.  Shame the school for taking its time and getting using all the resources it can to try to get the hire right. Shame on them, how dare you try to make a good hire.

PCBull: The intent of my post was not to criticize the search firm idea - it was meant to criticize the Lelo Prado idea. His team is playing its way quickly out of at-large NCAA Tournament potential with maybe 10 losses or more before April. Time to say goodbye to Lelo.
