nah!!

i am shocked i am 56

 

i am 56 but feel and act in my 20s

i have coached youth sports so long so that keeps me in touch with kids and their culture

i have a ton of energy and i am in good health

i love what i do and i have a tremendous woman in my life

 

when my father was in his 50's he looked 80--he drank,smoke non filtered cigarettes and never exercised

 

it is an entirely different ball game today
