Top 8th. 2 on 2 out. All runners safe but Salvarola called out for interference. Bottom 8th.

Well there's good news and there's bad news.

 

Bad news is that we dropped to 3rd.

Good news is that Notre Dame play DePaul and Louisville, so the other teams around us can beat up on each other.
Also good news and merely a formality, but we clinched a bid to the Big East Tournament.

Little warmer today, less windy too.

DePaul opened with their ace, Salvarola with a hit in shallow left, but nothing else. Mid-1st with Nevins coming up...hit batter.
