We need to do something to spark life into the team and program.

Realistically, we don't have the deep pocket Alumni to pay the Holtz buyout. So he will probably still be here next year.

Fire the DC now so at least we can show that something is/will be done.

AD-W needs to show NOW that he is willing to force something to happen. Has to retain some respect from the underclassmen and Alumni or the program is lost for years.

buyout is $500k per year. fire him and bring in a replacement for $1.5M per year and we break even. $1.5M is enough to get a competent head coach.
