So it's Cincy or USF for him......here are some comparisons:

Conference: same

Point guard to play with and feed him the ball: USF's Collins by far

Overall talent of the team: similar, but USF will have more this coming year

Practice Facilities: USF by far

Stadium to play games in: USF by far

Ease of family to come to games: USF by far

Tampa vs Cincinnatti as a city: Put it this way....people who could live anywhere in the world live in Tampa...so USF by far

Coaching: Even (I give props to both staffs)

In-tangibles: he mentions Yancy Gates in his development as a player. However, those that follow Big East basketball closely know that Yancy Gates was lost at the beginning of last season. So much so that he went from lottery pick (his junior year) to not being drafted. His team and him had some big moments at the Big East tourney. However, if that did not happen, Cincy may have well went to the NIT this year. I was at MSG in New York to witness it. They gutted it out as a team, not because of soley Yancy Gates.

So to me, this appears to be a no-brainer when choosing USF for him.

I'll be interested to hear what other people think.

You need to add this, from a post above, to your intangibles: "“I like Cincinnati a lot, and my friend Kevin Johnson is signed to play there too,†said Perry."

Every last one of his friends on E1T1 are considering USF not Cincy. Also another thing that we all need to remember is that Perry is the guy that likes to clown around and act a fool by his own accounts and his friends. He gives different answers to whoever interviews him. He's very much enjoying the attention. Remember how he kept telling the Memphis writers that he was seriously considering the Tigers? When talking to a USF writer Perry trimmed his list to 6 and Memphis wasn't even on it. Apparently he hadn't considered them for a while. Less then 24 hrs later he told that Cincy writer that he trimmed his list to 2. He's supposedly favoring them a little bit more because 1 of his many friends is up there???

I say it again I have a hard time seeing a local kid that loves the USF school, area, coaching staff, and players, been to visit 3 times and plans on coming back, go to a school like Cincy and play for Mick Cronin. If he does then other then everybody on USF's campus, Perry's family and friends, I'll be the most shocked person around.

Of course, we do not know how many friends he also may have on the USF basketball team.

True, but that would more come under the category of "Unknowns", not "Intangibles" ... ;)

Top #UC target @cp33allday tells me he will visit Temple, Miami, USF, Tulsa and Cincinnati this fall. #UC and USF still standing out.

Btw Chris Perry has been in Tampa visiting his mother in the hospital. Well wishes to his mom

And, for the record, you're not a donor or season ticket holder, right?
