I dont think listening to the game on the Internet feed does much justice. If you were at the game you would have seen a team that played hard and smart. To be honest, I have not seen this team play like that since before that Marquette debacle on national TV about 5 years ago. We looked like a true team out there this time. You should have witnessed the hustle of Diarra, Bryant, Dennis, Prek, Leather, Brigman, Holmes, etc. I could go on about the team.

Which is why I rely on you and other who attended the game to give a more complete picture than the internet feeds. This whole argument about improving/not improving, dark side/light side, sunny side up or whatever, doesn't really say squat about the team. It's more about fan expectations than anything else, which seldom says anything about the actual progress that the team has made. I appreciate your comments about how they played, as well as anyone else who was at the game.

Death Star was prematurely powered up.  Now it can't even get out of space dock.  Bulls have two wins inside them...maybe three.  And w/an upset somewhere they can finish above 0.500 for the regular season.

Should... but in the past... we didn't win the "Should win" conference games in february, or at least VERY rarely.  Its good to see it working out like this.. rather refreshing.

This is the weakest CUSA since it's inception.

Charlotte, Cincy, Lville will all end the year ranked, more than likely.

CUSA never gets 4 ranked teams at the end of the year.  Then you get teams in the middle like UAB (elite 8), Houston beating ranked teams, etc...

I don't buy it.

I feel the force pulling me back... SLU will go a long way in my opinion to show where our program is headed. We won't be favored in that game...

You do realize that St. Louis is 5-13 on the season so far, lost at the same East Carolina you said we will beat and struggled to get by the same Southern Miss we beat by double digits and has lost home games to SE Missouri State, Austin Peay and Oral Roberts (that last one might not be such a bad loss).  At any rate, they've beaten four division 1 schools all year.  I truly believe we'll be favored in this one.
