Big East - East/West Divisions

I'd prefer to see the Big East go West rather than pick up meddling east schools like ECU, UCF, Memphis, and Temple. How about the following:

East:

Army

Navy

Rutgers

UConn

WVU

USF

West:

Air Force

Boise State

SMU

Houston

Cincinnati

Louisville

We'd likely have to dump the basketball only schools or try to invite Boise, Air Force, Army, and Navy in FO. We'd likely have to invite SMU and Houston in all sports.

I'm seriously concerned that they can't get consensus to move up the 5 million exit fee. (Which should have moved up when USF, Louisville, and Cincy joined the league).
