What's the history behind this song?

Is it unique to us or did we steal it from another program?

Are there any lyrics to it? (besides "go bulls!")

My friends and I prefer it to our fight song and we were thinking if there aren't lyrics to it there should be some kind of contest for someone to write lyrics for it so fans can sing along.
