Man it was fun while it lasted.  Brought his average up over 60 points during that span.  He been a fun player to watch, especially over the last month that he's been hammering everything in sight, until today.

he was robbed a base hit by the Cubs 2nd baseman too. 

Can't believe of all the people to get a 33 game hitting streak, Dan Uggla is the one.  HE just isnt that type of consistant hitter.

Yeah, started the streak with a .173 BA.  It was definitely fun for a while.
