Chris Dunkley. I'm going to practice tomorrow, anyone need anything? I'll take pics and maybe some video if the batteries hold out.

Yeah, find out what's with the headband.

It's most probably used as a "sweat" band.

Yeah, but I've never seen one lumpy like that ... some kind of cooling stuff or small towels inside of a sweat band?

I think the dreads account for the lumps

Agreed CK, BTW are you a Buffet Fan, if so that's the only band where the parking lot is as crazy as a big time college football game, always a good time!

To me when I watch A.D. it looks like he knows his strengths and uses them well. He reminds me of a Chris Carter/Michael Irvin type of WR that runs good routes, trains hard, will do whatever it takes to make a play and especially has an uncanny ability to go up and come down with the ball. Physically his hands and leaping ability are off the charts and has a decent size frame to build around to become an NFL WR IMO.

D'Vo, wish we could use Devo's song but I know people might reference it with negative conotations. Maybe they could just play the background keyboard and make up a new saying b/c I see him getting us a lot of first downs in the future! I also liked him the best after watching his film but you add in his size and he could be a force to be recokowned with. I know it's just a shoulder pads practice but did you notice the amount of room Kayvon gave him on that one catch? It could be a bunch of things, it's just practice and he wasn't taking it seriously but if you have played the position you know who you are covering and if its a good WR you'll give them a little more cushion if you know they could beat you. Which is interesting considering K.W. has top notch speed and can make up ground but gave him that much space(maybe he was playing zone but I don't think we'll not utilize his talent and not play him man as much as possible.). I know I could be looking into it too much but from a players POV, usually you especially do not want to get beat by any amount to a freshman, especially when you have NFL talent. Regardless I see K.W. being our next DB being drafted and continuing a great tradition of producing NFL DB's. I was just trying to point out a possible sign of respect in regards to D'vo's ability .

Long story short it seems like from other players and coaches POV he is solid and will standout this year. The other one I'm really curious about is T. Mims and wonder if he might be our Claude Davis(3rd down pass specialist) this year but also has some size.

Great analysis. The player I would add just coming in is Sean Price. I think he has the potential to be the over the middle threat we really never have had. It's time for BJ to put up or shut up. He has his tools now and his success will be dependent on his ability to use them. I think the OL is going to be monstrous this year, too. Bodes well for BJ having time he's never had and our RBs having a place to run through.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
